Sickening stench at Fleetwood landfill site causes nosebleeds

Its smell is so bad it has led to nose bleeds, breathing problems and even vomiting. The putrid pong comes from a landfill site in Fleetwood on the Lancashire coast.

And the waste company managing it has said that storm Eowyn ripped off some protective capping last month, releasing the sickening stench.
