Ken Martin wins race for chair of Democratic National Committee

Minnesota’s Ken Martin has won the race for chair of the Democratic National Committee, beating Wisconsin’s Ben Wikler in a closely watched contest. Now Democrats are looking to define their new agenda and review their strategies. CBS News political reporter Hunter Woodall has more.
